This extends to both the Commercial and Residential markets in terms of prospective and actual transactions, sales, lettings, licensing, development and refurbishments, preparatory initiatives, premarketing, lotting, methods of sale and bidding, observations and continued engagement with other professionals and advisors in advance of and or during or post any transaction or prospective transaction, assistance with appointment of Agents and other relevant advisors, interpretation and commentary where required on their advice inn relation to recommendations on market demand, values and conditions, insight into the needs of prospective purchasers and financiers, tenants and licensees, interrogation of offers and bids and on how negotiations might be conducted, commentary on agreement of heads of terms etc.
